Ever since I was a little girl I've always admired long hair. For the last few years I've been in the process of growing mine out, and in that time I've learned some things about growing your hair out and keeping your hair healthy. As of this point, my hair is about to the middle of my back, maybe a little lower. But someday I hope to have waist or hip length hair!!! Here are some things I've learned: ![]() Tip #1: Don't brush your hair while it is wet. Your hair strands are at their weakest point here, and are very susceptible to breaking and split ends. ![]() Tip # 2: Brush your hair before you shower. This loosens the snarls and 'awakens' your scalp. ![]() Tip # 3: Don't braid or fix your hair toooooo tightly. This causes broken strands. ![]() Tip # 4: To help your hair to grow faster, make sure to eat lots of vitamins and minerals. Also, a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables is good! ![]() Tip # 5: If your hair is curly, don't use a brush while brushing it. Instead, use a pick or a comb. ![]() More coming Soon!!!!
